Viewing Documents in your Empower Illinois account maintained on the TADS system:

  1. Log in to your TADS Account
  2. Click on Required Documents
  3. Click on “I’d like to view documents I have submitted”. This will give you a link to view any documents you have uploaded.

How to Reset Your Password:

Problem: Incorrect Password or Email Address not on file will generate the message “Unable to Sign in With the User Name Provided”.

Solution: Click – “Forgot your password”. A temporary email will be sent to you from [email protected].

If you do not get your email within 15 minutes, please check your junk/spam filters. These passwords may take up to 15 minutes to be received.
